THE BRASS
BUCKLE MEXICAN RESTAURANT originally named The Conyngham Hotel was
built of hand hewn logs before 1815 and has the honor and
distinction of being the first tavern and hotel in the Conyngham
Valley. Most taverns in the early years were generally
meeting places, post offices, stage coach stops, election polls and
boarding houses. THE BRASS
BUCKLE was all of these and more. Below is a
picture of THE CONYNGHAM HOTEL as it was over 100 years
ago.

So come and enjoy the rich history, warm
atmosphere and great food that makes THE BRASS BUCKLE MEXICAN
RESTAURANT so unique.
